I got this from http://www.openzine.com/aspx/Zine.aspx?IssueID=1944 (there's more there too... but this is what I copied and pasted):
Great Affirmations for Releasing the Need to Complain4/16/2009 6:54:00 AM
I now commit to a complaint-free life.
Blessings now flow in the parts of my life I used to complain about.
Focusing on the empty half of the glass no longer serves me, and I am unafraid to focus instead on the full half of the glass.
I realize that challenges will always be a part of life and that each challenge holds a blessing for me. As I look for the blessing, I let go of the victim role and know deep within me that things always happen for me, not to me.
I no longer need to commiserate with others to bond with them. I can form healthy, positive friendships in which we support and uplift one another. When others complain to me, I listen compassionately without feeding into their complaints or joining in with my complaints. I also place healthy boundaries on how much I allow others to complain to me.
I replace complaining with appreciation. I take the take to shift the focus with what’s going wrong in my life to what’s going right in my life.
When I release the need to complain about my life, I can see that countless blessings already exist in my life that may have gone unnoticed before.
I am now creating a positive environment for myself by releasing complaints and expressing appreciation and gratitude. The environment not only enriches my life, but also others’ lives.
When faced with a challenge, instead of complaining about it, I make a neutral observation and open myself up to finding options for possible solutions. I choose to make each challenge an opportunity to take a pro-active stance in my life.
Stopping complaining in my life creates the space for more good things to happen in my life and attracts people into my life who also have good things happen in their life.
